EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
Our policy lasts 10 days from the date of purchase. You have 10 days from the date of the purchase to request a refund. Must ship back your Threaded items within 7 days from your request. Otherwise we will not be able to accept your return. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Once your return is received, it will be inspected. You will be notify of the approval or rejection of your refund.Reasons for NOT approving your return:
- Product issues - velcro marks, stains, cuts, holes, any damage to the item | dog hair or hair of any kind | odor of any kind (including detergent)
- Promotional and/or free items were not returned with purchaseTo be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have all original tags attached (in the original location) and be sent back in the same packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (packing slip that comes inside your package). If you're return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 48-72 hours.

Items that have been marked down from their original price are non-returnable & non-refundable.
There are no credits or refunds issued if you purchased a regular priced item and it goes on SALE.PRODUCT ISSUES
Please email us at Threaded.Clothing.LLC@gmail.com and provide us with photos and proof of the damage or defect. (If the product is functioning correlate and is ripped, torn, or damaged in any way during your workout we can not replace it). Once we've received the damaged, garments will be subject to inspection and we will send out the replacement item the same day.
GOT THE WRONG ORDER?
We apologize for the inconvenience, send us an email at Threaded.Clothing.LLC@gmail.com so we can send you a prepaid return label and get your correct items out ASAP. Please note: if the items are worn and/or washed despite the item being incorrect, we cannot offer an exchange for the incorrect shipped product.
